This is not like a marketplace, candidates are human too, and we value them equally as important as our clients.

We propose you pre-screened Candidates.

After interviewing and testing we choose the best talent for your business. We only recommend you experts, with whom we would love to work as well. We are tricky and picky.

You invite Candidates to interview.

You choose who you want to invite to an interview with you.

You only pay when you hire.
